This virtual programme is delivered in two 3-hour, interactive, virtual classroom sessions and is supported by three 90-minute mastermind sessions.
In three 90 minute mastermind sessions delegates will have the opportunity to explore the content further, review action plans and share successes and challenges so far, with a peer group.

Tina Cork and Catherine Turner are established and successful recruitment business leaders operating solely within the Recruitment industry with both senior and board level expertise from both a sales and an operational perspective.
Catherine has over 28 years of recruitment expertise within sales and contract management. Particular expertise lies within bid management including the full outsource of any bids, bid and contract reviews, profit maximisation, pricing of contracts and increasing sales within any recruitment business whether that be to launch a new division to a restructure within an existing one.
Catherine has worked within almost every sector of recruitment from industrial, commercial, IT & technical, construction, healthcare (including international) and education though to C Suite level retained executive search. Particular expertise lies with public sector framework bids and subsequent implementation for profit.
Tina’s 35 years of recruitment expertise lies in heading a recruitment business and she now enjoys working on a consultancy basis, training and mentoring other operationally and strategically. Tina supports the creation and application of implementing public sector frameworks that she has worked very closely with for over 30 successful years. Also supporting policies, procedures and auditing for compliance for SME recruitment businesses.
Tina’s particular passion is helping to train and support individuals across a number of sections with particular interest and specialism in healthcare – both clinical and non-clinical. The business gains are substantial once consultants and managers understand and delivery quality and best practise within the public sector framework delivery model.
