The award-winning education and social mobility charity believe that every young person, regardless of their background, deserves an equal opportunity to succeed. Future Frontiers seeks to make this belief a reality by collaborating with businesses to provide personalised 1:1 career coaching sessions to students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
These sessions are conducted by trained staff from partnering businesses, focusing on guiding young people towards a better understanding of their career aspirations and the steps needed to achieve them. Future Frontiers commits to working with the same pupils over two years to create personalised career pathway plans which give continued support and guidance along their journey.
