Admission system concerning the posting of workers. What to do?!

As of 2026, an admission system will enter into force regarding the provision of labour in the Netherlands. The law on admission to the posting of workers (in Dutch: Wtta) introduces stricter regulation of staffing agencies and other lenders to better protect the position of workers and tackle malpractices in the staffing sector.

The law thus aims to create a safer and fairer labour market for both workers and bona fide companies. The Wtta replaces the current Waadi registration obligation.
