The Singaporean government has announced that it will be introducing new workplace fairness legislation that will prohibit common and familiar forms of workplace discrimination in Singapore.

The aim of this standard is to compel Clinical & Healthcare recruitment companies to go beyond statutory safeguarding and to aim for excellence in competency selection and service quality. APSCo has constructed this ground-breaking standard with the various NHS frameworks in mind, to bring some consistency to compliance requirements, whilst putting the safeguarding of vulnerable people first, through adherence to the highest service criteria.

APSCo Compliance+ audits are undertaken by independent auditors. An in-depth remote audit will take place two years in a row, on the third year, the audit will be face-to-face, taking place at the recruitment business's place of work. This document provides a summary of the process by which these audits will be undertaken.
