Our mission: Bridging the gap
Before the pandemic, the UK was experiencing record-high employment figures, yet, hundreds of thousands of people were still marginalised from the workforce. Covid-19 has only made things worse for these overlooked workers.

We came onto this playing field to level it.

The Bridge of Hope Careers portal is run by Prosper4 Group, a social enterprise founded and led by people with lived experiences of marginalisation and discrimination in the workplace.
The BridgeofHope.Careers portal platform already has tens of thousands of candidates registered and gaining support. These candidates are all from marginalised, disadvantaged, and hard-to-reach groups, and immediately broaden diversity for your recruiting Clients.  Our AI-driven searching capabilities on our portal enable firms to identify the right candidates in the right locations for the right jobs.
