Louise Rayner
Louise is an ACCA qualified accountant of 25 years, with an MBA, her thesis was “Six Sigma Pricing in the MSP and RPO environment”.
She has held board level finance and operational positions at JD Wetherspoon, RSM Tenon Accountants, Adecco and Randstad
In 2015 she sold her own recruitment business to Staffline Group and since then has been involved in buying and selling a number of recruitment business,’ handling due diligence.
Eight years ago she established NumberMill Consulting, an ACCA practice that specialises in back office financial outsourcing and has over 150 recruitment clients. Additionally they payroll circa 3000 contractors, either on PAYE bureau or FCSA accredited umbrella. The business has a team of 24 accountants and payroll specialists.
This unusual insight, in to both the provider and customer of financial information in the recruitment sector, makes Louise excited to share her insights in to how to work successfully with a “Finance Partner”, be them internal book-keepers and or external accountants.
