Everyone can experience stress and anxiety in the workplace, but transgender and nonbinary individuals often face unique and formidable challenges, particularly the harmful effects of anti-trans rhetoric on their mental health and well-being. Allies, have the power to make a real impact. By dispelling myths, educating ourselves and others, and offering steadfast support, we can stand against transphobia and help ensure that transgender individuals can live freely and safely, like everyone else.
