CMI Level 5 Advanced Leadership Programme (“ALP”)

The ALP offers middle and senior level leaders the most comprehensive leadership training yet! It is accredited by the internationally recognised Chartered Management Institute (CMI).

Who will benefit

The programme will benefit directors, middle and senior leaders from both your sales and support teams who are seeking to build successful teams and drive performance. On successful completion of two assessments delegates will be awarded the CMI level 5 certificate in Management and Leadership

Time Commitment

There are 44 guided learning hours. Delegates will be expected to undertake a further 50 hours of study, research, reading, practical application and assessments, over a period of 6-9 months.

Delivery

The course is delivered through a mixture of workshops, 1:1 coaching, mastermind peer to peer sessions, and assessment preparation tutorials. The workshops are delivered face to face in London.

On successful completion of two assessments delegates will be awarded the CMI level 5 certificate in Management and Leadership.

Programme Launch meeting takes place on 15th February 2025 at 11:00.

Day 1 - Principles of Leadership - Session 1

25th & 26th February 2025 - 08.30 - 12.30

Day 2 - Principles of Leadership - Session 2

23rd & 24th April 2025 - 08.30 - 12.30

Day 3 - Coaching and Mentoring

28th & 31st July 2025 - 08.30 - 12.30

Tutorial and coaching dates will be agreed on registration.

Course Trainer:

Charlotte Clark

Charlotte is an experienced, dynamic trainer with over 25 years' experience within the recruitment sector. She is well placed to meet the diverse needs of APSCo Members and non-members and all her training and projects focus on practical application as well as, most importantly, tangible results.

As recently as 2020 Charlotte redesigned APSCo’s CMI programme and is both lead trainer and assessor. Previously working as a top biller in both permanent and temporary recruitment sectors, she was also a hugely successful Branch Manager and a Regional Sales Consultant before being asked to join the internal training team of The Impellam Group.

Charlotte is passionate about excellence within the industry. Her style is enthusiastic and motivational and she trains with an in-depth understanding of the challenges of the recruitment marketplace.
